Give an illuminated sign a crisp new graphic with translucent adhesive vinyl. The film allows light to pass through your design, while its matte laminate protects the printed surface. Choose the ink density for the way your sign will be viewed: single-layer for daytime use or double-layer for a backlit display at night.
Specifications
- Material: 3 mil translucent adhesive vinyl with permanent adhesive and a 2.5 mil matte overlaminate.
- Printing: One-sided eco-solvent color printing. Choose single-layer daytime or double-layer nighttime ink density.
- Lighting: Double-layer graphics look darker without backlighting. Single-layer graphics may look lighter when illuminated. White acrylic is recommended for a lightbox face; clear acrylic is not recommended.
- Dimensions: Custom sizes up to 52 x 1908 inches, either orientation. Enter inches to two decimal places.
- Applications: Indoor or outdoor lightboxes, illuminated sign faces and promotional displays. Apply to clean, smooth, flat acrylic, polycarbonate or other compatible surfaces.
- Artwork: Exact ordered size with no added bleed or crop marks. One single-page PDF or JPEG, CMYK, 150 PPI. Outline fonts and convert spot colors to CMYK. Remove all guides.
- Template: Enter dimensions above to generate the exact-size PDF. Suggested safety inset reduces proportionally for very small graphics.
- Photo: Shows printed vinyl installed on a lightbox. The lightbox, acrylic face and installation are not included.
- Ordering and delivery: Select your product options and calculate UPS shipping before checkout. Transit begins after production is complete.
