Use a current browser
Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Keep your operating system current as well. A desktop or laptop with a larger screen is recommended for detailed artwork checks and multipage booklet proofs.
The site uses JavaScript for product options, uploads and previews. Allow necessary site cookies to maintain sign-in and checkout. You do not need a Java or Flash browser plugin.
Upload from a reliable connection
Keep the page open until the upload finishes and the confirmation or preview appears. Large PDFs and images can take longer on a slow connection. The accepted file types and size limits shown on the specific upload form apply.
Keep a local copy of every submitted file. If an upload fails, confirm that the file opens correctly on your computer, check its size against the form limit and retry on a stable connection. Do not submit a duplicate order just to repeat an upload.
Prepare files for the selected product
Use the product’s specifications and downloadable template for the correct finished size, bleed, safe area and any fold or cut lines. Business-card templates use 0.125 inch bleed per side; large-format and other specialty products can have different requirements. Always follow the template for the exact item.
Supply the required color mode and image resolution. Embed fonts or convert them to outlines where appropriate, and remove production-guide artwork from the final print file. A browser preview cannot guarantee exact printed color or detect every artwork problem.
Review the complete proof
Check text, images, dimensions, orientation and the safe area before approving. For booklets, inspect every page in the correct order. The on-screen zoom fits your display; it is not a physical ruler. Use the displayed print dimensions to judge size.
A PDF reader is useful for checking downloaded templates and original files. Avoid password protection or restrictions that prevent the print file from opening or being processed.

- Check whether a browser extension is blocking a required site feature; keep your normal security protections enabled.
