About this statement
This statement describes information handled by NTXPrint, LLC through ntxprint.com and related ordering, artwork and support services. It covers customers and visitors. Other websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
Information we receive
We receive information you provide, such as your name, business name, email, delivery and billing details, account information, order selections, support messages and attachments. Artwork, design prompts, reference images, website links and saved designs may also contain personal information. Payment services process payment details; order records may include payment status and transaction references. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or sensitive identification documents through artwork or support forms.
Information from using the website
Our website and hosting services may record IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referral information, timestamps and error or security events. Cookies and browser storage help maintain sign-in, shopping sessions, preferences and editor work. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved designs or sign you out; keep a separate copy of important artwork.
Why we use information
We use information to provide quotes and prices, manage accounts, process and fulfill orders, handle payments and delivery, operate design tools, answer requests and investigate order problems. We also use relevant records to protect the service, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations. Where advertising measurement is enabled, information can help us understand how customers find NTXPrint.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information needed to perform a service may be processed by hosting and technical providers, payment processors, print and fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, customer-support providers and AI providers. For example, a carrier needs delivery details and a production partner needs the print file and specifications. We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. We do not sell customer lists for money. Advertising-related disclosures are described separately below.
AI design and website references
When you use an AI feature, relevant prompts, artwork, selected regions, references and design context are sent to AI service providers, including OpenAI, to produce or review the requested result. Website-reading features may retrieve public business information and branding from links you supply. Only submit material you are authorized to use and disclose. AI tools are optional; you may upload prepared artwork instead. Do not use the editor to store confidential records or sensitive personal information unrelated to your print project.
Analytics and advertising choices
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure website visits, product views, artwork-upload success or failure, cart activity, checkout activity and completed purchases. Purchase measurements include a transaction reference, product identifiers, quantities, value, tax and shipping. Our measurement code does not include your name, email, phone number, address, payment-card details, artwork, design prompts or uploaded filenames. Google also receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when its tag loads.
Optional analytics is off until you accept it. Select Cookie settings at the bottom of a storefront page to change your choices. Selecting Essential only stops this optional tracking in that browser. Your preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days; clearing browser storage may reset it. Changes do not delete data already collected.
NTXPrint advertises through Google Ads and links its Analytics and Ads accounts to compare campaign activity and purchases. With advertising measurement enabled, ad-click identifiers may be used to attribute visits and purchases to ads. Advertising measurement is disabled when we detect Global Privacy Control. Personalized advertising, Google Signals, remarketing audiences, Customer Match and enhanced conversions are not enabled in this tracking setup.
Learn how Google uses information from partner sites. You may also manage Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center or send a privacy request through our contact form. Browser and account choices do not stop all advertising.
Retention and security
Retention depends on why information is needed, including completing an order, supporting a saved project, resolving a dispute and meeting recordkeeping requirements. Some records may need to remain after an account or design is deleted; backup copies can persist until replaced or removed through normal retention processes. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Keep your account credentials private and retain your own artwork backups.
Your requests and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, or opt out of certain advertising, data sales or profiling. Submit a request through our contact form with the subject “Privacy request.” Specify the request and the email associated with your account; an account is not required to make a request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Authorized representatives may need to establish their authority.
We will handle requests within the periods required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception or denial. To appeal a decision, use the same form with the subject “Privacy appeal” and the request reference. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator, including the Texas Attorney General. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. For marketing emails, use any unsubscribe link provided; necessary order and service messages may continue.
Children, external services and updates
Our ordering services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request a review. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Links and embedded third-party services are governed by their own policies. We will update the date on this page when this statement changes and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
