- Sizes (inches): 1.5" x 3.5"; 1.75" x 3.5"; 2" x 3.5" (US Standard); 2.125" x 3.375" (EU Standard); 2.5" x 2.5".
- Shape: Oval; Rounded 4 Corners.
- Corner Radius: Rounded 1/4"; Rounded 1/8"; Not applicable / no selection.
- Stock / Material: 20PT-Clear Plastic; 20PT-Frosted Plastic; 20PT-White Plastic.
- Printing Options: 4/4 (4 color both sides); 4/0 (4 color front).
- Coating: No Coating.
Print notation: 4/0 means full-color front with an unprinted back; 4/1 means full-color front with a black-only back; 4/4 means full color on both sides. Foil and white-mask options are identified above where offered.

Artwork preparation
- Bleed: 0.125 inch (1/8 inch) on EACH side. Add 0.25 inch to the finished width and height.
- Safety: Keep text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the cut line.
- Resolution: 300 dpi. Color mode: CMYK.
- Files: PDF recommended; JPG, EPS and TIFF also accepted.
- Download the ZIP below and select the PDF matching your ordered size, shape, corner radius and orientation. Two-corner and leaf templates include separate front and back pages.
- Use templates at 100% actual size. Remove all template labels and guides from final artwork.
