Build a reusable planning board around your own layout. Your permanent graphics are UV printed onto a durable aluminum composite panel, then finished with a glossy dry-erase coating for changing schedules, checklists or daily notes. Choose one or two printed sides, a custom size and mounting positions that suit your space.
Specifications
- Construction: 3 mm (approximately 1/8 inch) aluminum composite board with two 0.15 mm aluminum skins and a polyethylene core.
- Graphics: Full-color direct UV printing with a UV-cured glossy dry-erase coating on one or both faces. Use suitable dry-erase markers on the coated surface.
- Use: Long-term indoor or outdoor signage; waterproof and UV-safe material.
- Dimensions: 6 x 6 inches minimum; 48 x 96 inches maximum, either orientation. Enter up to two decimal places. Finished size may vary slightly; confirm frame fit.
- Corners: Straight or 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 or 1-inch radius.
- Mounting: No holes; 0.25-inch holes at four corners, top corners, or top/bottom centers; custom hole punch or custom grommets. Custom mounting centers sit 1 inch from top/bottom edges, with horizontal corner insets in 0.25-inch steps. Review all mounting positions on the final proof.
- Shipping sizes: Must fit within 48 x 38 inches, in either orientation. Larger panels require supplier pickup confirmed before payment.
- Artwork: Exact ordered size with no additional bleed or crop marks. Keep important content 0.25 inch from edges and clear of mounting holes. Download your size template after choosing options.
- Files: Separate single-page PDF or JPEG for each printed face; CMYK, 150 PPI raster images and outlined fonts. Remove guides and labels.
- Photo: Illustrates rounded corners and top mounting holes. Marker and styling props are not included. Your selected configuration determines finishing.
- Ordering and delivery: Select your product options and calculate UPS shipping before checkout. Transit begins after production is complete.
