Use the matching full-flat folder template, not the closed cover dimensions. Supply CMYK PDF with 300 dpi raster images and 0.125" bleed per side. These guides show the outside: back cover on the left and front cover on the right. Pocket artwork rotates 180 degrees; pocket names refer to the assembled inside. For inside printing mirror the die layout and confirm front/back registration. Remove all guide lines and labels before printing. CD slits and unlisted card-slit placements need a confirmed production guide.
