Use the menu guide matching the ordered open size and exact fold. Flat guides define trim and bleed only. The pack lists the included fold guides; generic one-score or two-score positions, drill holes and perforation-on-fold variants are not defined unless explicitly labeled. Confirm missing finishing positions before layout. Add 0.125" bleed per side, use CMYK PDF with 300 dpi raster artwork, and remove all guides before production.
