Take your branding onto the road with printed cast vinyl built for vehicle graphics. 3M IJ180Cv3 film conforms to curves and recessed areas, with air-release adhesive that helps installers position the graphic. A matching 3M gloss overlaminate protects the printed surface and gives the finished wrap a polished appearance.
Specifications
- Material: 2 mil 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3 cast graphic film with Comply v3 air-release adhesive.
- Printing: One-sided eco-solvent color printing with 2 mil 3M Scotchcal 8518 gloss overlaminate.
- Use: Indoor or outdoor vehicle and surface graphics. Conformable, repositionable cast film for professional installation. Printed film only; the vehicle, installation and vehicle-specific design service are not included.
- Dimensions: Custom sizes up to 52 x 1800 inches, either orientation. Enter inches to two decimal places.
- Artwork: Exact ordered size, no added bleed or crop marks. One single-page PDF or JPEG, CMYK, 150 PPI. Outline fonts and convert spot colors to CMYK. Remove all guides.
- Template: Choose dimensions above to generate an exact-size PDF. Suggested safety inset reduces proportionally for very small artwork.
- Ordering and delivery: Select your product options and calculate UPS shipping before checkout. Transit begins after production is complete.
